- Schedule: 6 to 9 months Full Time Contract, eligible for extension
- LCSW License
- 12 months of direct patient care experience in the last 3 years
- Valid Photo ID (Driver’s License or Passport)
- Current BLS certification
- Valid California Social Worker license (hard copy required)
