We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for our outpatient Infusion Centers, working Monday to Friday. The RN will provide holistic nursing care to cancer patients, focusing on patient assessments, symptom management, and education. Responsibilities include:
- Administering chemotherapy/biotherapy and managing infusions, injections, and transfusions.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for continuity of care.
- Triage patients and manage a caseload of those receiving various therapies.
- Communicating effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Current Connecticut RN License.
- OCN Chemotherapy/Biotherapy card (or obtain within the first month).
- BSN preferred; two years of oncology nursing experience strongly preferred.
