What are the responsibilities and job description for the Primary Care Physician position at Mental Health Association?

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a Rural Health Clinic in Aledo, IL. The ideal candidate should be interested in working in a rural community and will collaborate with 2 Physicians and 6 APPs. Responsibilities include clinic, hospital, and long-term care coverage.

Candidates must have a clean malpractice history and be licensed in Illinois. Full-time, contract position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, and on-call duties. Relocation to Aledo is required.
