WellPower's Crisis Services is looking for a master-level or licensed clinician who is looking for a full-time position and would like some flexibility around their schedule. This position provides a unique opportunity to work full-time between two crisis programs, the Denver Walk-In Crisis Center and the Behavioral Health Solutions Center. In this position, the employee has first-priority in selecting three open day shifts per week between the two sites .
The Crisis Clinician position is an integral part of providing in-person, high quality, team-based services to those in crisis. Responsibilities include : conducting initial assessments, providing clinical interventions, and submitting referrals to community providers and higher levels of care.

We are seeking individuals who are Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Additions Counselors, Licensed Practical Counselors, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists.

Pay Range & Benefits :
- Mental Health Therapist II (Masters) : $30.05 / hr (WellPower provides free licensure supervision)
- Licensed LPC / LMFT / LCSW : $36.14 / hr - $36.64 / hr
- LAC - plus $1 / hr
- Language Differential : $1-$2.50
- Awake Overnight Differential : $3 / hour

Qualifications & Requirements :
Education :
Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or similar field. Current license as a LCSW / LPC / LMFT in the State of Colorado preferred.
Experience :
Three years experience in clinical social work preferred but not required. Experience working with moderate to severe and persistently mentally ill populations.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES : Assist with program supervision of students / volunteers as determined appropriate.
