What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resource Generalist position at Mental Health Center of North Central Alabama?
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete tasks related to the Human Resources Department. (Examples: scheduling interviews, interviewing potential new hires, onboarding, assisting with payroll, maintenance of personnel files, and other duties as assigned).
- Word processing/computer skills. (Examples of tasks: create certificates, workbooks, handouts, ability to set up charts, graphs and graphics into documents, assist in meeting all regulatory agency requirements, etc.).
- Organization skills. (Examples of tasks: ability to organize multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities; set up for workshops/trainings, order appropriate materials; arrange for speakers/presenters to include airline and hotel accommodations).
- Coordinate and implement administrative aspects of training and education. (Examples of tasks: maintain files on all workshops / educational trainings, organize and prepare educational events, schedule staff for training events.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.42 - $16.83 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
