We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Fully Licensed Therapist and Clinical Supervisor to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapy services and clinical supervision to a diverse clientele and supervise associates pursuing licensure. This role combines direct clinical care with leadership responsibilities, ensuring professional development for associates while maintaining exceptional therapeutic standards for clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Therapy Services :
Provide individual, family, and / or group therapy sessions via telehealth to clients residing in Texas.
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client needs.
Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and evaluations using the DSM-5.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
Collaborate with other professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Clinical Supervision :
Sign off on documentation from associate level therapists in the state of Texas
Provide clinical supervision to associate-level therapists (e.g., LMSW, LPC-Associates, LMFT-Associates).
Support supervisees in developing clinical skills, ethical decision-making, and professional growth.
Review and approve clinical documentation for supervisees to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Assist supervisees in preparing for licensure exams by offering guidance and feedback.
Foster an encouraging and supportive environment for supervisees.
