Duties Description The Office of Mental Health (OMH) is recruiting for a Office Assistant 2, Calculations, G-9, position in the Office of Financial Management, Consolidated Business Office Operations Unit. The Consolidated Business Office's (CBO) Operations Unit processes invoices/vouchers annually for OMH's Central Office and all of its facilities. This position is vital to the Unit's daily operation. They will not only ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices, following OSC directives, but will also allow the Unit to maintain Internal Controls. Specific duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Review and process a large volume of vouchers for the SIST Program, follow up with program and/or vendor, processing, recording, scanning etc. • Calculate payments based on such using various resources, maintaining compliance with prompt payment legislation. • Perform miscellaneous duties in support of the CBO mission as assigned.
