Our client is a private group therapy practice providing in-person and telehealth support with a team of highly skilled clinicians, each with their own specialized areas of practice and therapeutic approaches, inclusive and supportive of all avenues of recovery and wellness.
Treatment approaches are offered to include DBT, EPR, ACT, CBT, EMDR, MI, Humanistic Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, & more. Our integrative approach blends elements from a variety of therapeutic modalities to tailor an individualized treatment that meets the client’s needs. By supporting all options for client recovery, we emphasize and support use of organic supports and holistic approaches to wellness. We are licensed to treat both New York and Vermont residents. Responsibilities...
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions utilizing behavioral therapy and psychotherapy techniques.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.
Compensation & Benefits….
- Full Time W2 Pay Range: $38-60/hour
- 401k with match
- PTO: 3 weeks (negotiable)
- Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance offered – high percentage paid by employer for health, 100% dental and vision for individual paid by employer
- Paid Administrative Time ***At Clinical Rate***
