Description
The QI Auditor will be primarily responsible for providing and ensuring oversight and compliance with documentation, appropriate billing, and adherence to all clinical services (direct and indirect), policies, and procedures for all clinical programs/services provided by the agency.. The oversight/compliance will be accomplished via ongoing clinical audits on file.

Starting Salary: $55,000 depending on experience and licensure

- Assists and provides clinical supervision, direction, and training for Mental Health Resources, Inc., staff as needed.
- Trains all new clinical staff in documentation expectations.
- Maintains effective clinical file audit and tracking system with required reports.
- Audits all clinical staff treatment plans, safety plans, initial assessments, treatment plan reviews, and other documentation as needed.
- Assists QI Director in program/service coordination/oversight.
- Develops and provides records/reports promptly.
- Develops and maintains program auditing and tracking tools monthly for programs throughout the agency.
- Works closely with the Director of Clinical Services, Center Directors, and Director of Clinical Programs.
- Complete and respond to external audits for insurance companies promptly.
- Create case management tools for clinicians and programs to utilize to keep track of caseloads and required documentation.
- Create and send out annual client satisfaction and stakeholder surveys
- Assist in maintaining CARF standards
- Track all CIRs to MCOs and train staff on how to file CIRs to the correct domain
- Help create and review handbooks for programs within the agency
- Develop training logs for clinical and other programs in the agency
- Maintains a positive attitude and behavior in inter-staff relationships.
- Carries out the agency's mission statement
- Regular and consistent attendance for the assigned work schedule is essential
- Maintains HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality at all times.
Knowledge of: Electronic Health Record, Microsoft Suite, and other web-based programs. May assist with CARF policies if needed.
Skills in: Multitasking, problem-solving, decision making, listening, adaptability to changes, communicating clearly both verbally and in writing, operating a personal computer and standard software, and typing, attention to detail, teamwork, and discretion with sensitive material.
Education: Master’s degree in Counseling or related field. LPCC or LCSW strongly preferred.
Experience: Five years of clinical experience, QI experience preferred.
