Mentavi Health is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to support our growing business development, marketing, and clinical teams. This highly collaborative role involves outreach, tracking, and partner/client communication with organizations that are current or potential users of our virtual mental health diagnostic and treatment services.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, a strong sense of regulatory awareness, and a patient-centered mindset. They will play a crucial role in ensuring that our outreach efforts, partnerships, and communications are aligned with industry regulations while supporting the continued growth of Mentavi Health.
This position is hybrid, with some in-office time in West Michigan each week. Standard business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Partner & Client Outreach: Support outreach efforts to health organizations, therapy practices, employers, universities, and primary care physician practices to expand our partnerships.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain and update client engagement records, partner communications, and business development tracking systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the business development, marketing, and clinical teams to align outreach strategies and ensure seamless communication.
- Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, proactively aligning all outreach and communications accordingly.
- Patient-Centered Approach: Ensure that all interactions and partnerships prioritize patient safety and clinical excellence.
- Technology & Systems:
- Work with various computer systems to track partner relationships and business development efforts.
- Interpret basic analytics reports to support decision-making.
- Create presentations from background materials for internal and external use.
- AI Productivity Tools (Preferred but Not Required): Awareness of AI-powered productivity tools is a plus.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience in business, healthcare, or sales teams—but we welcome unique backgrounds that align with the required skill set.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a highly regulated environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple outreach and tracking processes.
- Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems, tracking tools, and basic analytics reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced, growing organization.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and streamline processes.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's in business, marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of business development experience in a complex sales cycle environment or comparable experience. Exposure to Healthcare and/or tech markets preferred
- Experience and passion to sell and help business customers
- Experience with customer relationship management systems (CRM), Hubspot preferred
- Proficient with Google Suite (Google Drive, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
