Duties & Responsibilities:Website & Digital Content Coordination:

  • Coordinate website updates with designers, developers, and content teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to gather content, review updates, and maintain website accuracy.
  • Knowledge of SEO and website analytics tools is a plus.

Social Media & Influencer Collaboration:

  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms, such as, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok, and developing content for video platforms
  • Engage with followers, monitor conversations, and respond to comments and messages to build community interaction.
  • Research and identify potential influencer partnerships, assisting in outreach and collaboration.
  • Support influencer campaigns by coordinating content approvals, tracking deliverables, and monitoring engagement.
  • Monitor and report on key social media performance metrics to improve engagement and reach.
  • Management direct-to-consumer (D2C) content and social media execution.
  • Manage brand assets and ensure consistent brand representation across all platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.

Marketing Project Support & Campaign Execution:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking digital marketing projects to ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to support campaign launches, content rollouts, and digital promotions.
  • Track and manage project deadlines, deliverables, and approvals, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Gather and analyze campaign data, providing reports and insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Execute marketing campaigns, providing hands-on support as needed.
  • Coordinate and execute event coordination.

Content & Collateral Development:

  • Develop and manage business development content and collateral.
  • Assist in the creation of white papers and case studies.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Implement and manage comprehensive data tracking and reporting systems.
  • Analyze marketing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing channels.

Required Education & Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing, website coordination, or marketing project management.
  • A bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong coordination and project management skills, ensuring smooth execution of website and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media platforms.
  • Experience with social media content coordination and influencer marketing.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating with designers, developers, and marketing teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience, Skills & Abilities:

  • Understanding of or an interest in SEO (Search Engine Optimization), website analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Hubspot, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare, telemedicine, or startups is preferred.
  • Google Analytics Certification, Google Ads Certifications, HubSpot Marketing Certifications, Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate, Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar relevant certifications are highly preferred.
  • Experience with video editing platforms.
