- Manages client assets in multiple databases
- Meet with clients to resolve any asset related issues
- Research non reporting devices to locate and update devices
- Audit existing assets for accuracy in multiple databases
- Collaborate with the asset management team, company analysts and senior executives
- Meet or exceed Service Level Agreements set with the customer
- Monitoring Microsoft Team’s Meeting chat for toner escalations
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong Microsoft Outlook skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time-management skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Excellent multitasking skill in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
