- Basic Background
- Medical Test:
- Vision Screen - Near, Far, Color, Depth and Peripheral
- Vital Signs
- Urine Dip Analysis
- Whisper Test
- Audiogram & Noise and Hearing Questionnaire
- Lifting Assessment
- Spirometry & OSHA Respirator Questionnaire
Responsibilities-
- Complaint Handling: Track, investigate, and respond to customer complaints.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain quality standards for products and processes. This includes conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all quality-related activities, including complaint logs, audit reports, and compliance documentation.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in quality processes and implement corrective actions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all quality processes comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Skills:
- Attention to Detail: Ability to notice small details and ensure accuracy in documentation and processes.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with quality management systems and relevant software tools-i.e. MS 365
