QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Important : Candidate must have the legal right to work in the US without the need of work permit.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in similar HV / EHV senior / lead engineering roles, managing
- the delivery of high value equipment supply contracts, preferably in offshore wind, or onshore renewables and networks.
- Offshore experience preferred.
- Knowledge and experience of EHV / HV electrical equipment
- Knowledge and experience of offshore wind farm grid connections
- Experience of engineering design and delivery.
- Understanding of electromechanical drawings and documents.
- Analytical with attention to detail
- Project, contract and time management, with ability to complete projects and keep to deadlines
- Numerical skills and ability to quantify the costs of potential incidents
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and customer service ethic
