Essential Job Functions
- Provide World Class Service
- Schedule, Write up, Follow up, give estimate and process customer's vehicles in a timely manner
- Documents all work performed
- Works hand in hand with the technicians and with the Parts Department
- Follows all attendance and punctuality standards with adherences to timekeeping standards
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience is preferred.
Mentor Nissan uses Reynolds and Reynolds and XTime.
