Responsibilities:
- Supervising and leading multiple projects at the site
- Managing the project team and delegating tasks
- Ensuring project milestones are met on time
- Conducting team and planning meetings
- Liaising with executives and other departments and providing reports on project progress as required on a weekly basis
- Ensuring project timeline and budget are adhered to
- Managing project documentation
- Optimising processes and conducting team-building activities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or Business field and 8 years of experience.
- Knowledge in Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices.
- PMP Certification Preferred
- Fully Bilingual
- Over five (5) years of Demonstrable experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the oral solid dosage operational environment
- Strong project management background within, for example, production, engineering, validation or quality; with a solid understanding of manufactured dosage forms
- MS Office and Microsoft Project knowledge and skills is a must
