Job Summary
Mentor Technical Group is seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team as a Smart Building Engineer. This key role will be responsible for developing and implementing lifecycle asset management programs to optimize asset performance and minimize risk in smart buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lifecycle asset management programs to ensure optimal asset performance and minimize risk in smart buildings.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive lifecycle asset management across strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
- Collaborate on dashboards and scorecards to monitor real-time data, driving user-centric design and analysis.
- Manage critical spare parts programs, ensure the quality of CMMS Master Asset Data, and develop Bills of Materials.
- Execute risk and opportunities management assessments according to company procedures, promoting continuous improvement through PMO, PdM, and FMEA.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in reliability engineering or a similar role, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CMMS and asset management software, preferably SAP.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in reliability engineering, including IoT technology for Smart Buildings.
