TITLE: Area Director

KEY RESULT AREAS:
1. DISCIPLESHIP:
- Assit Director of MAAS creating and executing content plans for part-time staff
- Build relationship with part-time staff to foster character and spiritual growth
- Promote a health culture environment
2. RECRUITING AND HIRING
- Assist with recruiting needs for the program
- Regularly complete interviews of applicants and ensure proper MAAS staffing levels
- Maintain accurate records with the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
3. TRAINING
- Assist with development of training materials and events
- Participate in all part-time staff trainings
- Train part-time leadership staff on administrative duties
4. PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
- Assist with development of program curriculum
- Ensure proper implementation of program activities
- Create a safe and healthy environment for children in the program
- Conduct program evaluations
- Ensure part- time staff is implementing program in accordance with MAAS policies and procedures
5. ADMINISTRATION:
- Maintain accurate records of timesheets
- Maintain accurate reports in compliance with the East Texas Food Bank
- Purchase and distribute supplies to program sites
5. SAFETY & COMPLIANCE:
- Review and understand MASS Operational Policies
- Ensuring all staff are adhering to the MAAS Operational Policies
- Conduct Regular Safety Audits
- Manage staffing Needs
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's or experience equivalency;related master's preferred
- Ability to work with others
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 6 months experience working in a licensed child-care setting
