Receptionist / Registrar
Reports to the Regional Support Specialist
PROFILE
As with all employees at Mentoring Alliance (MA), the Receptionist / Registrar (RR) is considered to be a minister of the gospel. MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Receptionist / Registrar is to provide high-quality customer service to Mentoring Alliance constituents and to execute programmatic registration processes.
CLASSIFICATION AND STATUS
This is a class 10 non-exempt position. It is part-time and averages 0-30 hours per week.
KEY RESULT AREAS
1. Performs Reception Duties :
- Greets office guests of Mentoring Alliance.
- Answers questions and connects guests to the appropriate staff members.
- Answers Mentoring Alliance's main telephone line in an upbeat and friendly manner.
- Returns missed calls, voicemails, and emails received at the reception desk.
