At MBS, we provide in house paid training to become REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN and become an autism specialist.
The successful candidate will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities to promote positive behaviors and achieve their goals. This role requires a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and a passion for working with children and adults with special needs.
Skills:
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and special education needs.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral interventions.
- Ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment plans.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Experience with creating and implementing care plans and behavioral management strategies.
- Experience working with children and adults with special needs.
- Patient care skills and experience providing direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Duties:
- Implement individualized care plans and behavioral interventions as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities, including assistance with daily living skills (ADLs) and other activities of daily living.
- Collect and maintain accurate records of data, including progress notes, behavioral data, and treatment plans.
- Assist with behavioral management and crisis intervention as needed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in ABA and special education.
- Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, while maintaining a flexible and patient-centered approach.
Salary : $12 - $15
