Product Innovation Undergraduate Intern
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (onsite/hybrid)
Duration: 10-week Summer Program 2025
As a Product Innovation Intern, you’ll participate in a best-in-class internship program, gaining exposure to various facets of business operations. This 10-week program provides an opportunity to launch your career by complementing your education with real-world experience.
What You'll Do:
- Gain insights into the product innovation process, from development to deployment.
- Collaborate with key departments such as sales, marketing, design, operations, and development.
- Learn the product lifecycle, including how changes impact customers and shareholders.
- Engage in hands-on projects addressing real-life challenges.
- Benefit from mentorship, leadership interaction, and a comprehensive learning curriculum.
- Develop a network with peers and senior leaders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support core business activities and apply classroom knowledge to drive tangible results.
- Participate in mentoring, job shadowing, and community outreach opportunities.
- Engage in customer and product lifecycle research to enhance your understanding of product strategy.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a business-relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, IT, Finance, Marketing, IT, Economics, Engineering, etc.).
- Junior student.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 required.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a passion for innovation.
