- Perform side work before, during, and after each shift to maintain high standards of service quality.
- Monitor and observe guest dining experiences, ensuring satisfaction and responding promptly to any requests or concerns.
- Collaborate with fellow service staff members to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer service.
- Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return, fostering a positive and loyal customer base.
**Requirements:**
To succeed as a Fine Dining Service Ambassador, you will require:
