Role Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pizza Station Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing a variety of foods, with a strong focus on pizza production.
Role Responsibilities
- Pizza Production:
- Accurately prepare pizza dough and toppings.
- Assemble pizzas according to recipes and customer orders.
- Bake pizzas to perfection, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
- Food Preparation:
- Prepare and portion ingredients for various menu items.
- Assist with the preparation of salads, sides, and other menu offerings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Customer Service:
- Reheat and serve food orders to customers during service.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- General Kitchen Duties:
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning and maintenance.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Comply with all restaurant policies and procedures.
Role Qualifications
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, high--volume kitchen environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Must be able to take direction and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 45 pounds
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
- Be able to work in hot, wet, humid, and loud environments for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
