What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper Accountant position at Menzel CPA PC?
Small Local CPA Firm looking for:
Part time or per diem individual with extensive bookkeeping / accounting experience. Must know debits and credits and how to categorize income and expense transactions and review and make adjustments to prepare trial balance, general ledger and workpapers. Bank reconciliations, understanding of payroll and payroll tax returns.
Inputting of payroll data, hours, OT, Salary. Federal and State tax deposits. Federal and State quarterlies and year end reports. Software training will be provided. Knowledge of Thomson Reuters Accounting software a plus.
Must have working knowledge of QuickBooks both desktop and on the cloud, Excel and Word.
Compensation based on experience
Salary : $20 - $35
