Key Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various vehicles – Check all safeties on equipment's
- Rotate tires and perform tire services as needed
- Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or necessary repairs
- Complete basic automotive diagnostics to identify problems
- Use power tools and equipment to perform maintenance tasks
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
- Previous experience as a Lube Technician or in a similar automotive service role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in vehicle maintenance
- Ability to align with company standards and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose basic automotive issues
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must possess valid US driver’s license
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English
- Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
- All mechanics are required to perform all duties of the other positions, as needed do to operational need; Example: Level 1 Mechanic may need to perform tasks of a Level 3 Mechanic when directed
- Must be able to obtain and maintain all required Airport Badge
- Must be able to lift 70 pounds, with most items weighing between 2 and 20 pounds. Occasionally may be required to lift items weighing up to 90 pounds. Assistance should be provided for items weighing over 70 pounds.
- Frequent sitting, standing, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling, bending, stooping, kneeling, or squatting daily.
