As a Menzies Aviation Operations Manager, you will be responsible for effectively planning and communicating with airlines, fuelers, pipeline companies, contractors, and Menzies management. The Operations Manager will directly manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance activities of the fuel farm and hydrant systems and Autogas and diesel service stations.

Salary : $90,000.00 - $96,408.00 annually - pay commensurate with experience
Main accountabilities include :
- Directly Manage shift supervisors & M&O field personnel including assignments planning and schedules for a 24 / 7 operation
- 24 / 7 availability to respond to critical airport maintenance and operational needs.
- Manage maintenance software database to ensure work orders and tasks are completed and closed in a timely manner.
- Create presentations and reports using Power Point & Excel
- Maintains compliance with ATA 103 inspections, quality control, maintenance, and repairs.
- Maintains compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Maintains compliance with company policies.
- Ensure the personnel respond to facility and hydrant issues to minimize any delays.
- Manage training program for employees.
- Manage operation and maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Manage contractors performing work for Menzies.
- Manage contractor compliance for work being completed on facility equipment.
- Manage work orders to ensure complete cycle from creation to completion.
- Manage spare parts inventory to limit equipment downtime.
- Troubleshoot product inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Manage Union workforce and first step grievances with guidance from Facility manager & GM.
- Create new and update existing procedures as needed.
- Some responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, employee performance management.
- Must be able to direct others and give clear directions.
- Complete Weekly reports of issues
- Able to organize and disseminate accurate operational information.
- Attended shift briefings to ensure staff is organized.
- Manage timely response to airlines and 3rd party fueling teams for equipment related issues and audits.
- Coordinate planned and unplanned maintenance activities within the fuel farm and hydrant system.
- Represent Menzies aviation during audits.
- Available to work off hours including nights, weekends & holidays.
- Respond to off shift calls and emergency response.
- Assures adherence to safety policies and procedures. Reports all accidents and injuries and investigates ways in which to prevent re-occurrence.
- Can meet Company's Attendance and code of conduct standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
