Main accountabilities include :
- Ensure safety, security and training policies and consistent standards are implemented throughout
the Station
Implement Menzies Policies and ProceduresPlan and coordinate training workflow and determine operational training priorities to achieveconsistent standards
Ensure that customer airline manual(s) in our custody remain up to date or access to onlinemanuals remains current
Ensure updates to customer airline manual(s) and procedures are communicated to all operationalstaff as required
Adhere to and implement central, regional and customer operational training proceduresMaintain training recordsIdentify training needs, implement training courses / materials as assignedReports, Enters and investigates Safety incidents as they occur.Report any significant deficiency in our products, materials and documents as it may relate tosafety of people or aircraft or Simplicity property and security
Has the duty to suggest any improvements to working practices especially those relating to safetyand security
Maintain all uniforms, track current uniforms stock for all new hires, and make sure that all newemployees are given uniforms based on their paperwork that will be completed during training
Keep reports up to date and send weekly emails in a timely mannerMake sure the station has the current up to date information, and coordinate with Corporate HR tomake sure that all paperwork is in compliance with state and federal regulations
Assist with payroll / time & attendance functionsOther general administrative duties as needed or assignedPerforms other duties as assigned by managementAll employees have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to :

Must be 18 years of age or olderPossess valid US driver's license with a clean driving recordPass pre-employment drug screen and all pre-employment testingAbility to proficiently read, write and speak EnglishMust be comfortable lifting 70lbs repetitivelyMust be comfortable working in all weather conditionsPass FBI background and obtain US Customs SealMust be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidaysMust have high school diploma, GED or six months experience as an Operations AgentExcellent communication skillsAbility to remain calm and efficient under pressureCompetent in handling difficult situationsAdvanced Computer SkillsPrior Ramp / Airline experience requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
