Job Overview :
We are seeking a talented Mid-Level UX / UI Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in user experience and user interface design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating seamless and visually appealing digital experiences. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and refine products that meet user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design Execution : Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- User Research : Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
- Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project objectives.
- Design Systems : Contribute to and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
- Feedback Iteration : Incorporate feedback from users and team members to iterate and improve design solutions.
- Visual Design : Develop and maintain a cohesive visual style that aligns with brand guidelines and enhances user experience.
- Usability : Ensure that designs are accessible, intuitive, and user-friendly.
