Job Overview :
We are seeking a UX / UI designer Team Lead. Your role would involve creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for websites, applications, and other digital platforms. You would be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that the design meets the organization's goals and the needs of its target audience. Your work would focus on enhancing the user experience, improving usability, and ultimately helping the non-profit achieve its mission more effectively through intuitive and engaging design.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leading a team of UX / UI designers to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards and overseeing the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring consistency and coherence across all digital platforms.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them develop their skills and grow professionally.
- Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX / UI design to continuously improve the team's capabilities and deliver innovative solutions for the non-profit organization.
