Menzner Hardwoods is looking for a person interested in full time or part time shift cleaner.
Job duties
- sweeping saw dust
- changing garbages
- sweeping breezeways with broom
- cleaning and stocking bathrooms and breakrooms
- other assigned duties as assigned
Qualifications: Candidates must be 18 years old, extremely trustworthy, physically capable of lifting / maneuvering up to 35 lbs regularly, be capable of standing and bending during 8 hour shifts, work well with coworkers in a team environment, have good work tenure in prior employment, be flexible in completing job duties as assigned.
Monday - Friday, no overtime or weekends. Shifts include a 10 minute paid break and 15 minute paid lunch. Medical, dental, vision, life, long-term and short-term disability insurance, and flexible spending account (FSA) plan available 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. Affordable voluntary accident plan, critical illness plan, and 401k retirement plan with an employer match also available 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. Vacation accrual starts on your first day and is available to use after 30 days of employment, as well as attendance incentive days after six months. Up to 12 weeks paid Maternity Leave and 4 weeks Caregiver Leave available 1st of the month following 12 months of employment for full-time employees.
