Position: Part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Luverne, MN
Shift: 8-hour day shifts, 24 hours per week
Salary: $21 - $24.36/hour with a $2,500 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities
- Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
- Assist with health care needs, including bathing, grooming, and vital signs.
- Document resident interactions and communicate changes to nursing staff.
- Participate in wellness and recreational programs.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum age of 16; prior experience in long-term care preferred.
- CNA certification required within four months of hire.
