Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a full-time LPN in Middletown, NY, offering a salary of $28.00 - $35.00 per hour. The role involves providing quality nursing care, performing screenings, assisting providers, and participating in care team activities. Responsibilities include administering medications, conducting health screenings, and ensuring patient safety. Candidates must have completed an accredited LPN program, hold a NYS LPN license, and possess BLS certification. Bilingual in Spanish and willingness to travel between sites is required. The schedule includes M-F 8:30 AM - 5 PM, one late night, and one Saturday a month.
