What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Therapist position at MEP Health?

We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Clinicians for onsite roles in Arizona to support the behavioral health of federal wildland firefighters and dispatchers.

Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
Provide individual therapy for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.
Offer crisis intervention services during emergencies.
Collaborate with government stakeholders to optimize service delivery.
Maintain secure client records in compliance with federal standards.

Requirements include independent licensure, 2 years of post-licensure experience, and expertise in trauma-informed care.

Salary range: $60,000 to $85,000 annually, based on experience.
