Nurse Manager

Position Overview: The Nurse Manager, under the Director of Nursing, leads nursing units at a substance abuse treatment facility, overseeing staff, patient care, and quality assurance. Responsibilities include conducting chart audits, supervising nursing staff, and providing training and mentorship.

Specific Duties

• Supervise and evaluate nursing staff to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.
• Identify training needs and develop workflows for staff education.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement initiatives and maintain compliance with standards.
• Conduct nursing competencies and manage employee schedules.
  
  

Qualifications

• Active RN or practical nurse license required.
• 2 years of experience in behavioral health/substance use treatment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.

Job Type: Full-time, $95,000 - $104,000 per year, with benefits including health insurance and paid time off.
