We are seeking board-certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.
- Flexible hours with potential earnings of $2,500 to $4,000 weekly.
- Conduct assessments focusing on overall health and identify barriers to care.
- Shifts available Monday to Sunday, with no nights or weekends required.
- Independent contractor position with a flexible schedule and 1099 status.
- Pre-scheduled visits, with travel support available based on eligibility.
- Must have a state license and a minimum of 10 hours per week.
- Education: Master's degree required; Oklahoma NP license preferred.
