Duties
- Evaluate assigned patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
- Direct CNAs in resident care.
- Maintain patient comfort and safety.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Assist physicians during exams.
- Promote patient independence.
- Resolve patient concerns using multidisciplinary strategies.
- Stay updated on training and policies.
- State of Michigan LPN license.
- Valid ID.
- COVID-19 vaccination or exemption.
- Computer proficiency.
