Supervisor RN - Acute

Supervisor RN - Acute position involves planning and supervising nursing staff to ensure client care excellence. Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and evaluating client care through team collaboration.
• Updating care plans based on client condition changes.
• Ensuring comprehensive nursing assessments within eight hours of admission.
• Providing leadership and performing rounds for supervision.
• Scheduling staff for adequate coverage and conducting staff training.
• Maintaining medication and supply inventory.
• Addressing employee performance issues and assisting in quality improvement data collection.
  
  

Qualifications include a nursing degree (BSN preferred), two years of RN experience, and one year in behavioral health. A valid RN license and supervisory experience are preferred.
