What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver position at MEP Parnters, LLC?
This is a physical, fast-paced, position that involves continual lifting, lowering, and carrying packages and equipment. A valid driver's license is required, with a good record.
Driver's duties include:
Packing, loading, and unloading delivery vans and trucks
Delivering equipment and/or parcels to job sites
Maintaining regular communication with the office
Review deliveries with recipients to ensure they’re accurate
Cleaning and servicing van for the next delivery
Assisting at the warehouse
Work eight or more hours per day (Monday - Friday), some overtime may be required.
Summary
As a Delivery Driver, you will be essential in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods while providing excellent customer service. Reporting to Manager, you will utilize your core skills in driving and heavy lifting to transport items safely. Additionally, your relevant skills in loading and unloading, as well as familiarity with different vehicle types, will contribute to the smooth operation of our delivery processes.
