MEP Partners has an immediate opening for a Service Manager
- Manage service teams to ensure quality onsite.
- Schedules, directs, and provides technical support for technicians.
- Understand the sales criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
- Reviews technicians’ work to ensure quality meets established standards.
- Organize training and ongoing support for the service team members.
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains technicians as required to meet workload demands.
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements.
- Prepare take offs for large project, ensure teams have the required material and permits.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as required to maintain efficient department operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
