Mitsubishi Electric Power Products Inc. (MEPPI) is seeking an exceptional National Sales Manager to lead the charge in expanding our Transportation Systems Division (TSD). Your Role
As the National Sales Manager, you will:
- Lead the National Sales Team: Oversee all sales activities, ensuring alignment with TSDs strategic goals and business objectives.
- Drive Strategic Sales Plans: Develop and execute sales strategies, monitor performance metrics, and recommend improvements to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Foster Key Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with customers, industry leaders, and key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and drive success.
- Support Contract Negotiations: Collaborate with Inside Sales to close deals and support customer contract discussions.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Marketing to launch new products and services, and provide technical support to Division personnel to enhance customer engagement.
- Champion Industry Presence: Represent TSD at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, showcasing our innovative offerings and market leadership.
- Provide Leadership & Development: Guide and mentor the National Sales team, fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment focused on achieving team and individual goals.
What You Bring
- Educational Excellence: Bachelors degree in engineering, marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven Expertise: 10 years of professional experience in business-to-business sales, with at least 5 years in sales or marketing management.
- Leadership Prowess: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, build relationships, and execute cross-functionally at all organizational levels.
- Technical Savvy: Ability to read and understand technical drawings and materials, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with strategic thinking to achieve business objectives.
- Communication Excellence: Advanced interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
