Server/Bartender

At Mera Corp Restaurants, our servers & bartenders delivers unforgettably delicious food that keep our Guests coming back for more! We are searching for committed, proactive server and bartender who would enjoy working in an exciting, fast paced environment. You will on a daily basis work to fullfill patron’s needs by promoting excellent service.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

· Mixes and serves drinks for guests and support staff in bar as they are ordered.

· Properly records and calculates all guests orders in the bar tickets.

· Follow all cash handling procedures and policies.

· Serves beverages in clean and polished glassware

· Communicate information regarding guest requests, out-of-stock items, and new products to all employees and managers.

· Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by manager at any time.

· Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)

· Prepping and cooking all menu items according to recipes and standards.

· Working in partnership with the Kitchen Team to ensure food is accurate and delivered timely

· Adhering to all company and health department food safety procedures

· Putting deliveries away

· Maintaining a clean and stocked station before and after each shift

· Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Must have previous guest service experience.
• Guest focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• 19 years of age; and no criminal history in the last 10 years.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to work morning, nights and/or weekends
• Shifts run morning shifts start at 4:00 AM , and night shifts start at 11:00 PM
