We are seeking a full-time Mental Health Worker to join our adult behavioral health residential team in Effort, PA. Earn $17 / hour or $19 / hour with the selection of Enhanced Pay Schedule : 2nd Shift, 3 pm-11 pm. Weekend availability required. Position Details Our mental health workers provide direct care and support for consumers with mental and behavioral health diagnoses, and ensure the safety and welfare of all residents in the community residential rehab (CRR) setting. Duties and Responsibilities :
- Support the daily living skills and independence of all residents.
- Participate in the treatment planning process.
- Schedule and follow-up on appointments.
