Active consumer engagement and participation in Community Support Planning meetings are essential. Our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) model supports individuals with serious mental illnesses who may not have experienced success or haven't found effective support within traditional outpatient programs. We offer tailored services emphasizing relationship-building and active involvement in enhancing functioning and symptom management. - Bachelor's degree. Preferred focus on rehabilitation counseling.
- 1-2 years of experience supporting individuals managing mental illness for candidates without the preferred bachelor's degree in rehabilitation counseling will be considered.
- Proficiency in recovery principles and working within a recovery-driven system.
- Valid Driver's License. Travel is necessary to offer support across Westmoreland County.
