Join Our Team as an Integrated Behavioral Health Director!
Are you passionate about integrating behavioral health and sexual health services to drive positive change in substance use disorder treatment? We are seeking a dynamic Integrated Behavioral Health Director to lead the expansion of STI screening, treatment, and behavioral health services within our substance use disorder treatment program. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape program development, oversee multidisciplinary teams, and collaborate with medical professionals to enhance patient care.
What You'll Do:
- Lead with Vision: Oversee the development and integration of sexual health services, ensuring top-tier care for patients.
- Supervise & Support: Manage a diverse team, including Medical Office Supervisors, LPN Medical Supervisors, Intake Supervisors, and Care Navigators—with room for growth as the program expands.
- Enhance Clinical Services: Oversee behavioral health consultation and medical case management within the STI clinic.
- Deliver Integrated Care: Provide direct and indirect clinical services, including behavioral health consultation, case management, and risk reduction counseling.
- Collaborate & Train: Work closely with medical providers to develop protocols, design training programs, and support an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Drive Quality & Compliance – Establish performance metrics, monitor program effectiveness, and ensure fidelity to best practices.
- Expand Services – Build a team and enhance service delivery as the program grows across multiple Methadone Maintenance Treatment Clinics.

Requirements:The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, public health, or human services.
Four years of experience in infection disease, integrated care, medication-assisted treatment, and sexual health services.
- 5 years of supervisory or management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Preferred:
- PhD or PsyD in psychology, social work, public health, or human services.
- Licensed professional counselor (LPC) or licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.
- Strong background in behavioral medicine and evidence-based treatments for STIs, PrEP/PEP, viral hepatitis, and substance use disorders (including medication-assisted treatment).
- Knowledge of 340B medication programs and regulations.
