Merakey is seeking a House Manager to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD) division in Chester County location.
Earn : $19.00 / hour Enhanced Pay Eligible (Additional $2.00 / hour)
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Position directs and supervises the daily operations for assigned home(s) and people living in these home(s).
- Supervises Direct Support Professionals
- Ensures homes are adequately staffed at all times
- Handles Requests for time off and e-time card approval
- Coordinates and attends all medical appointments for assigned home(s)
- Ensures assigned home(s) are in compliance with the 6400 regulations
- Completes Corrective Actions as needed
- On-call
- Maintains Personal needs and accountability and works with Client Funds to ensure all remain compliant with waiver requirements.
- Works with recruiter to fill all vacant positions
- Acts as liaison in conjunction with the program specialist to outside entities including programs, behavior specialist, job coaches, etc.
- Conducts house meetings and fire drills
- Completes other duties as assigned
- Proficient Computer Skills (Microsoft 365 or later)
- Knowledge of 6400 regulations
- Proficient in scheduling staff
