Earn $15.61/hour or $17.61/hour with the selection of Enhanced Pay
Schedule: 40 hours/week. Mondays and Tuesdays, 11 pm-7 am; Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, 7 am-3 pm

The Program Assistant supports individuals with mental health needs in the assisted living home setting, providing assistance with daily living activities, emotional support, and community integration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow service plan guidelines and provide instructional and supporting programming
- Assist with daily living activities, personal care, communication, and social skill development
- Aid in the development of individualized programs for residents
- Documenting and reporting on residents' progress and any incidents
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participating in recreational activities and outings with residents
