Earn: $68,500 / year
Position Details:
- Oversees the profit and loss for program(s)
- Runs and works specified reports at designated intervals to ensure that services meet billable requirements.
- Oversees quality and quantity of services provided by program
- Manages daily operation of program(s)
- Ensures contractual requirements and Merakey policies, procedures, and best practices are met
- Implements policies and procedures for the operation of the program and assists with the development thereof.
- Ensures compliance with state, local, federal, and contract requirements as well as requirements from payors
- Liaisons with other portions of the service system.

Requirements:The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Master's degree in behavioral science discipline or related field from an accredited university,
- knowledge of child/adolescent development and experience working with children and adolescents, and families with mental health, drug and alcohol, and other emotional disabilities.
- 1 year's supervisory experience with 1-3 years' experience working in a mental health, drug and alcohol or educational setting required. Fiscal knowledge and management skills required.
Salary : $68,500
