Position Details
Lead Merakey programs within the BH geography, ensuring alignment with organizational structure, mission, and strategic plans.
Oversee program compliance with policies, standards, and state/payer regulations; ensure highest quality of care and continuous process improvement.
Develop and supervise local managers, clinical, and clerical staff while promoting an inclusive environment and open discussion.
Act as liaison with community stakeholders, assisting in needs assessments, strategic plans, and ensuring appropriate program staffing.
Manage financial accountability, including budget development, program viability, and adherence to Value-Based Purchasing requirements.

Requirements:The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in a Social Services required.
- Licensure preferred (LSW, LPC, etc.)
- Five (5) years of mental health experience.
- knowledge and understanding of severe mental illness, recovery principles and recovery driven service system.
- Valid Driver's License required as well as all Clearances required by OMHSAS regulations.
