Position Details
This professional position is part of the Adult Behavioral Health (ABH) Division's Performance Development Team, which is responsible for overseeing the training and performance development of ABH staff. The role supports the division by working both independently and collaboratively to develop, facilitate, organize, and track training initiatives. The primary responsibility of this hybrid role is the direct facilitation of in-person and virtual training sessions on clinical, professional, and regulatory topics.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Delivering and facilitating in-person and virtual training experiences and performance development activities for all levels of Behavioral Health staff, including clinical, managerial, direct service, and administrative personnel.
- Coordinating with managerial and program staff to schedule training sessions, promote attendance, and provide additional training-related support and resources.
- Entering and tracking training data in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Collaborating with the Performance Development Team, program staff, management, other divisional and enterprise training teams, and community partners.
While the majority of responsibilities are local, some travel may be required. Overnight travel is minimal but could occur if necessary.
Starting at $29.62 per hour, with consideration for experience and internal equity, plus mileage reimbursement.
