About the Role: Jr. Account Manager
The Jr. Account Manager plays a key role in collaborating with Account Managers and clients to maintain strong relationships between our client, carriers, and their customers. This position is responsible for delivering professional service to clients while supporting the Account Manager in managing client accounts efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage new business onboarding and ensure smooth client transitions.
· Coordinate and attend client and carrier meetings.
· Address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide insurance-related support.
· Research compliance issues and respond to client requests promptly.
· Collaborate with internal teams to manage client projects and needs.
· Keep teams updated on project status and ensure timely resolution of requests.
· Prepare renewal analyses, benefit guides, and proposals using designated software.
· Review contracts, certificates of insurance, and plan documents.
· Assist with paperwork for new and renewing business.
Qualifications
Required:
· 2 years in Employee Benefits
· Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Self-motivated team player with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow effectively.
Skills & Expertise:
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related data platforms.
- Expertise in benefits and related terminology, with a high level of independence and problem-solving skills.
